St. Moritz, Switzerland

This is famous tourist destination in both summer and winter. It is in the Alps mountains. I have been in this place in both periods. You can reach there easily by train or by bus. You can find lot of luxury hotels in this city which offer perfect tea and cafe. There are very famous casinos and Spa. So, if you are lucky you can try your luck in poker games.

In winter, it is a place for snow games and ski. It became winter sport destination from 19the century. They have hosted winter Olympic games in 1928 and 1948. There is a lake which freeze in winter and it makes a playground for ice skating. They host the "White Turf" horse race on the frozen lake in winter season. Along with that, you can go for skiing at night.

In summer, you can enjoy refreshing mornings near the lake and enjoy cycling, concerts, hiking, sailing and walking in this place. I enjoyed the museum and art galleries in this city. If you like art and history then you should visit these places in St. Moritz.

You can travel to Italy by Bernina Express Railway and enjoy train trip from St. Moritz to Zermatt which is call Glacier Express. Glacier express is a famous train trip which you can enjoy lot of beautiful landscapes in Switzerland and Alps mountains. I would like to recommend book tickets in advance not to have risk.
