20 year old girl looking for a room near the International University

I am looking for a room in a shared flat close to the University and the main attractions. I have no particular requests. I am a fairly polite and respectful girl, if any kind of problem arises I am used to solving it by discussing it calmly and respectfully, I absolutely do not like to argue. I am very cheerful, lively and playful, I love being in company but I also really like being alone in some moments, which is why I care a lot about my personal spaces.
