Inksane

Inksane is located in one of my favorite Sarajevo neighberhoods, Ciglane. It has everything you need to spend a chill afternoon or night. A garden with a nice view of the only resident up-the-hill elevator or whatever that thing is called (another activitiy you can do, I believe it costs 0.5 or 1KM). The playlist is always on point and there's funny graffiti in the toilet. It is located next to a tattoo shop but you can't get a tattoo if you are drunk (I asked). The tatto shop has amazing local artists if you are not drunk and in the mood to commemorate Sarajevo on your skin. The pub also organizes quiz nights which are fun as well. Overall, highly recommended.
