Hello everybody! Today I want to tell you about my visit to the Central Market, located in the city of Santiago, Chile. It's very crowded and in my opinion, much better organised than my city's market.
This market is picturesque and decorated with the colours of the Chilean flag: red, white and blue. It's a place where you can find a wide range of Chilean food and especially sea food.
Here, I show the market's façade, so you can know what it's entrance looks like. As you can see, it's an old building which has been converted into an interesting spot to visit during your tour of the Chilean capital. It's a good spot to eat fish dishes or to simply take a risk and try new flavours.
Inside the market, you can find dishes like mariscala (a special type of Chilean soup). The price didn't seem very high to me and I enjoyed it a lot, so I urge you to try it too because you can discover a bit more about Chilean food.
In order to conclude, I will show you some photos of what I could have had for my lunch in the market. See you soon!
