19 year old USF student, looking for housing in SF

I am a sophomore at University of San Francisco on a full scholarship, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Legal Studies. I am from Portland, Oregon and still very new to the SF area, but loving it so far! I am employed at USF’s President’s Office, and have been since February this year. I am looking to move in September, have no pets, and am a very quiet, clean and respectful tenant. It would just be myself moving in. I would be interested in staying for 9 months, but would consider a year if after seeing the place I like it.
