Free space - Anticafe

Published by flag-ru Alisa Nadezhkina — 8 years ago

Ziferblat is an anticafe, a free space. In a word, it is an elegant and very cosy place in heart of Saint Petersburg. There everyone feels welcome from the very first second.

In this unusual cafe everything is free: you can work there, make art, have a meeting with friends or colleagues, read a book fom, play the piano, get acquantied with new people, set up a jam session, play some board games, drink as much tea or coffee you like, you can even bring something to eat/drink with you, but no alcohol, please.

The only thing you pay for is the time you spend there and by paying for the time and space you are are making a contribution into the further development of the this social experiment and its activities. And it is almost no money. 2 rubbles (0, 4 Euro cent) per minute.

Sometimes if you bring with you a book, plant or a nice chair you can get a ticket for a couple of free hours or even a day or month depending on your present.

Once you enter, you immediately receive a friendly and happy-go-lucky greetings as if everyone already knows you. You choose your personal alarm clock and start enjoying the place and its space * So, do not miss a chance to visit a new cafetrend of this time called Anticafe - free space where you are free to decide to rest or to do things*

If you look up the website carefully you will find a chain of these conceptual cafes spread over the world's famous cities like Saint Petersburg, Moscow, London, New York and many many other cities.
