How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

I was paying monthly 400PLN for the room and spending 300PLN for living there (includedá parties).

What is the student lifestyle like in Rzeszow?

Rzeszow student lifestyle is like Party+Drink+Girls but no study!

Would you recommend the city and the University of Rzeszow to other students?

Rzeszow is not in a good position to travel to other countries and cities. If you just want to party then it is perfect, but you will just see Krakow and Warsaw.

They have nice food in Rzeszow, also cookies.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Rzeszow?

No, there are web pages with advertisements and there are many single rooms for rent.

How much does it cost to live in Rzeszow?

It depends on your lifestyle and accommodation. You can spend between 700 PLN or 1000 PLN.

Remember 1€=4, 20 PLN.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Polish is hard to understand. Even if I can speak fluently German, English and Turkish, I have no idea about what they were saying. Yes, there are language courses.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Rzeszow from your city?

You cannot fly directly to Rzeszow. Lufthansa and Polish Lot are mostly expensive. I was flying to Lviv (Ukraina), then by bus until the border, and then by train to Rzeszow. You can also fly directly to Warsaw airport and take the bus, which leads you to Rzeszow center in 5 hours.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Rzeszow?

Like all Erasmus students you will start with Fashion Time. After slowly you will get bored of it and you will go to Nora Aktora.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Rzeszow?

I would reccomend Dara Kebab which is in Rynek (center).

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

There isn't that much to visit in Rzeszow, anyway you can find some museums in the city center. If you are interested in Polish culture and monuments, you'd better visit Krakow.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Rzeszow in the future?

If you want to find cheap parties come to Rzeszow. If you want to travel, you'd better choose another city because the city is not well connected to other countries nor cities.
