Whole apartment with 2/3 rooms

Hi! We are two Erasmus students from Spain who are going to study at Sapienza University. We are looking for one of these two options:

- Either a whole apartment with two double rooms in the zone of Piazza Bologna or Policlinico. Our maximum budget is 1200€ with expenses included (whole appartment). We will be staying from mid September to the end of February. 

- Or we will look for an appartment with 3 double rooms and someone who to share the appartment with us (preferably not Spanish) with a máximum budget of 1800€ (whole appartment).
