Two Spanish guys look for a flatmate to live near to Roma Tre

Hello! We are Manuel and Adrián, two guys from the North of Spain that are looking for a flatmate near Roma Tre. We have already arranged with the owner to rent it from September to June, and we need a third person because it is a three-person flat. It costs 1500 per month, including heating and garbage collection, so it would be 500 per person.

We are very clean and calmed, but we are very active too. We like to talk around a table with good people and we love to travel. 

We both study Civil Engineering and we don't care where are you from, but we prefer a foreign to improve our language skills. We don't mind the sex neither.
