Student looking for accommodation

Working whilst in Rome at a school for 4 months. Urgently looking for shared accommodation preferably with girls but either is fine! :). Non smoker, very outgoing, and easy to get along with. Somewhere with a good landlord and a fixed rent with inclusive bills. Needs to be near a metro and in an interesting location. A cleaner is not necessary at all (but if it is included great!). Realistically would love a double bed but I am fully aware of the tiny square footage of apartments in the centre of Rome. Would prefer to not have to pay a huge deposit as I will only be staying for a few months or find some sort of agreement such as paying first and last months rent as the deposit! Really not that fussy if the housemates are great that is the most important part!

Very sporty and into travelling so is keen to explore Italy in the four months. Speaks fluent Spanish and is learning Italian. English student, from london and studying at Bristol University. Super OCD - so unfortunately I'll be cleaning up all mess (such a shame). Really looking forward to spending my time in Italy and hopefully learning to cook better because chicken and some sort of potatoe/rice thing is as far as it stretches at the moment! I'm not vegetarian or vegan but hopefully that isn't an issue. (I also like to sing in the shower sometimes).
