needed - room for rent

Mature American / Italian single woman with daul citiznship has house and lives in Abruzzo. Looking for ROOM in a share rental for regular trips to Rome. I would not be there full time as I need to return to my home in Abruzzo . Prefer furnished,  minally ok, all utilities and wifi included for a monthly fee please. In or near center of Rome (within 10 bus stops to Piazza Venenzia more or less). My dates to rent are flexible depending on when available and for how long...1 to 12 months? I am retired. My reason for being in Rome is in order to frequent the art, museums, freinds and music lessons.  I am extremely neat, clean and quiet. Never have company and will be gone regularly. Thank you.
