Looking to share a flat with 2-3 other persons in Rome in Nov 2014

Hello! 

I'm a 27 year old female from Belize, Central America and I'll be moving to Rome in November and I am looking to rent an apartment or flat for 15 months. I don't mind renting an apartment with 2-3 other females once there are enough single rooms.  Ideally, I'd like to have an area where I can prepare my own meals. it doesn't have to be a big, fancy apartment, but I prefer it to be walking distance from LUISS business school if possible (maybe 10-20min walking distance) or if there is ease of transportation, then I can be a little further from campus . I'd like to get something that is comfortable, at the most affordable price possible.

The apartment/flat must have basic furniture in bedroom: double bed, desk, closet and the remainder of the house and it must have a presentable kitchen area. Laundry inside the apartment is preferred. 

I'm not the party type so I would prefer sharing with persons who are not into throwing parties every week. I am a very focused person, I love to get to know people from other parts of the world, have a great appreciation for music and nature.
