Looking for an accommodation and/or roommates!

Hello my friends!

I am a 22 year old dude, study Medicine in Belgium and I like party party. My interests cover art, science and having a good laugh. In fact I'm looking for a cozy accommodation with a private bedroom, a shared kitchen (I'm a decent cook) and maybe a little balcony/garden with some green to improve morale lol. It would be great if the location was around 20 minutes walking from the Sapienza university, which I will be attending.

When it comes to roommates I couldn't be more open minded. Just someone who likes to have a great time and doesn't trash things too much (it's okay to leave the dishes for the next day once in a while). I'm still practicing my Italian but I can work my way around English, French and a little German if that's your thing.

I won't be in Rome until september, so I'll have to do with pictures of the accommodation. Because of this, it would be awesome if my roommate will be there before this period and could check if everything is alright with the place.
