looking for a replacement for my single room

hello i am currently renting a room near baldo ubaldi metro stop with other italians. the location is great in a secure apartment complex and easy access 2 minutes away to buses. its located 10 minutes from the vatican. i am planning to move in with a friend so im looking for someone to replace me for this room. the rent is 350 euros plus a fixed price for the bills of 35 euros to be paid at the beginning of each month regardless of how much heat or gas you use. 

the landlady would ask for the first month including bills plus deposit before you move in. the apartment has 2 bathrooms; a kitchen; a washing machine and internet.
