Im a 20yo student from Kazakhstan. Currently renting an apartment and searching for a roommate for next 4-5 months.

Renting a one room apartment right now and im searching for a roommate for next 4-5 months. I am a student of La Sapienza studying on english. I speak english and russian languages. Roommate has to be clean and responsible about their space because the landlord is very sensitive about houses condition. We have to keep the house in clean good conditions. Rent is 800 per month, taxes not included. Apartment is 1 hour away from Sapienza university but its pretty easy to get here. Couple of mins on train from the station, which is 3 mins walk from the house, to get to the center of Rome. District is very comfortable, green and clean. Two supermarkets nearby. Landlord lives next door.
