French 22 yo man looking for accomodation in Roma

I'm a french litterature student looking for an accomodation in Rome, not so far from the Lumsa Unviserty. This will be my 4th housing so I'm used to different rules and I know how it works. I'm searching for an accomodation with wifi, funitures (bed, table chair(s) ...) I rather have a kitchen for myself, but I won't refuse accomodations which have kitchen for several people. Common parts don't bother me.
