28 year old male researcher and dancer is looking for accomodation in Roma

Hello. I'm a quiet and social guy who is going to do a research about dancers and entrepreneurs in Rome for a half year. I'm dependent of a home that both is used for a good place to write, but also as a home to chill and hangout. I'm adaptable to most ways of living, but I have a minimum preferance of clean and tidyness. I have an allergy for cats, and nothing more serious than that.

If I want to live with someone, I prefer someone who already have tried living away from home. I'm 28 and prefer to have a grown-up dynamic of house-duties at home. Partys are Ok, though I'm not the wildest party-animal myself. My work and research come above social-events.
