26 Year old boy, looking for accomodation in Rome

My name is Muhammad Shahbaz ur Rahim, 26 years old and I´m from Karachi. I will be coming to Rome to study in master at La Sapienza University and ideally looking for a studio or shared apartment for myself somewhere near the university. Now I´m looking for a place to feel at home in Rome.  This cozy, spacious and well-furnished flat is located in a very green and peaceful neighborhood. It is composed by single bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen (recently renewed), a spacious hall, a corridor with a capacious wall closet and a small storage room. The flat is equipped with a washing machine, internet Wi-Fi and water heater. I´m usually a very active person who likes to be around but of course sometimes I also like it calmer. Currently I hardly speak Italian language and I don’t understand too but I want to learn so maybe you will be the one who can help me to learn this language.
