24 year old boy and 28 year old girl , looking for accommodation in Roma with all bill included

we are looking for an apartment near the Sapienza university and our max budget is 1000 Euro with all bills included . we are 2 friends from iran and we are going to move Roma from 10 sep 2019 , please please please inform us if you know a suitable place for us . we are going to study on Sapienza University and we are looking for a nice place . we do not have pet but one of us is used to smoking but thats not a problem
