23 year old master's student looking for a roommate near Vatican City, Aurelio

I'm a master's student from Los Angeles currently living just outside of Vatican City. I've found a lovely new apartment not far from my current place and would love to find a roommate to split the cost. My ideal apartment is furnished, and has a washing machine, balcony/terrace, spacious kitchen w/oven and storage space. A private bathroom is a plus, but not essential. I have already found this place, but I am also open to looking for other accomodations together.
