23 old boy looking for accommodation in Rome for one year

I'm a studious person look clam and peaceful place, and would prefer walking distance from college around 3km and for myself I don't smoke or drink anything ,I love cooking but never really cooked before. I like to learn new things, trying out new things, meeting with new people and be friends with them. I like to walk around but never done that before , want new experience in life that why I am will to move unfamiliar places and go on adventure 

Also would like to do new and  different jobs and work mostly part time for IAM a student so that is helpful things . I have done few part job too like managing a event , work in restaurant , handling customer .

I am an mechanical engineer and take  master course  in aerospace engineering in Rome. Like space  science and want to work as a researcher in major space project. Also in love car so I also want to design and make car with major industry and learn new stuff

 And roommate must be good and helpful person easy to talk to
