I am a 22 year old American female planning to study for her masters in Sustainable Cultural Heritage at the American University of Rome. I am looking for long-term leasing or renting starting July 2016 for myself and my small cat. She weighs roughly 3.6 kilos and she has never been an issue with any house guests or roommates I have had in the past. I am a clean and respectful person and I fully understand the responsibilities that come with having an animal and housemates. I am looking for for a safe place to lease near the University, a private bathroom is prefered but not necessary. I plan on spending most of my time studying, exploring the city, or out of town visiting friends so as a housemate I am relatively quiet. I am excited to move to Rome and I am looking for equally spirited housemates to live with.
