2 student girl, looking for room

may name is somayeh 32 years old and want to rent a room with two seprated bed which i will share the room with may friend maryam, both of us gonna be student at sapienza university moving in 11 september, our maxium budget is 550 dollar, we prefer a room near university but if we can get a university dorm we would be glad. as we are mechanical and energy engineering student, our department will be accesible frome canuore line B so we prefer to rent a place near this place or placec that have easy acces through public transition. 

we prefer to get a room in an apartment with maximum 2 room, one bath room. in addition we prefer  a room that all the charges are included in first price.  a room,which  includes a small table for 2, a large wardrobe and a flat screen television.in an safe area, not so crowded.

if the landlord be a lady we would not have problem with her living in property, in that case we prefer our land lord speak english.
