What is it like to live in Riyadh? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

I'm sorry to say that but it is the worst place to live in. Let alone study in. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

What is the student lifestyle like in Riyadh?

It's miserable. No freedom, No right, No nothing.

How much does it cost to live in Riyadh?

it is very expensive actually. So if someone decided to bay a visit to Riyadh. Just don't. Go to Paris or Amsterdam, much prettier and worth the money.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Saudi is know for traditional dishes like kabssa but I'm more into Middle eastern food. I like showrma

What places would you recommend visiting in Riyadh?

Not much places to visit. but if you're stuck here you can go to Granada mall and there is the historical museum (not that bad)

Is it good to eat out in Riyadh? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

People have nothing else to do but go out and eat, therefor we have a lot of restaurants. I personally like Chili's, probably because you can always find a table and Piatto is nice.

Is the nightlife good in Riyadh? Where is good to go?

No place actually. Everything is closed so you're stuck home. I would recommend sitting somewhere smoking and enjoying the quiet.

What advice would you give future students heading to Riyadh?

DON'T COME TO RIYADH IT SUCKS :)
