What is it like to live in Riyadh? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
Riyadh is the capital of Saudi Arabia, so it's crowded city, which placed in the middle of the desert, it has lots of shopping malls, Alrim car circuit, a place for paintball and some museums.
I would recommend it for people whom searching for a good job opportunities and students if they don't mind dedicating their whole study time for nothing but study.
What is the student lifestyle like in Riyadh?
There is lots of universities placed in Riyadh
But their a limitation for the activities that could be done outside of the university
How much does it cost to live in Riyadh?
It may cost 20000-50000 SAR to rent an apartment in Riyadh for a year
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Riyadh? Is there any advice you can give?
It's not so difficult to find a place to live special out of the city centre
And it's easier for families than bachelor to find an apartment,
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
There is lots of restaurants that serve the traditional food of Saudi Arabia, Lebanese, Chinese, Indian, Italian and fast-food restaurants
What places would you recommend visiting in Riyadh?
Burj Almamlakah, Aldarea, Alfaisaliah
Is it good to eat out in Riyadh? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
Yes, there is a place called alqariah alnajdiah which serve traditional food, shayah for Iranian food, albohasley for Lebanese food and Maya for dessert
Is the nightlife good in Riyadh? Where is good to go?
Not so much, you could go to shopping malls, get a nice view of the city from up of Burj Almamlakah or visit the old city of Aldarea
What advice would you give future students heading to Riyadh?
To visit the other cities of the kingdom and enjoy the cultural life of desert people
