20 year old guy looking for accomodaton in venice

I am 20 year old guy looking for accomodaton in Italy. It is my first time in Italy, particularly in Venice. I want a room, with a bed for one, available for guests, wireless Internet, on the mainland, near Grand Canal. Restored with all comforts,  TV, heating, and washing machine. I want room  near shops, supermarket, pizzerias and restaurants and comfortable stay.

I am admitted to Ca' Foscar University of Venice as Business Administration student. I'm looking for cheaper (maximum price of 200 €) but secure room good for one person only and near my University, particularly, if possibe, walking distance. I want a silent place where I could focus on my study.

I wanna apply for part time job too, in my freetime, basically after school, to help me in my household expenses during my stay in Italy. I want my apartment/room near the University to so I could save transporation expenses.

I speak English, French, a little German and Italiano.
