What is it like to live in Reus? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Reus is a small town but definitely worth to see. Reus has good looking streets and interesting views. Moreover, there is a spledid old town with notable monuments. You also may notice Street Art paintings there.

What is the student lifestyle like in Reus?

Reus is a quiet historic town. Student life is not that big as you might think. It is more touristic but not for students. There are students but not so many.

How much does it cost to live in Reus?

Pretty much the same as in Girona. 500-600 euro would you cost you a 2-room flat (60-65m2).

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Reus? Is there any advice you can give?

No, it is not difficult. However, a little bit harder than in Girona or Barcelona. Good accommodation disappears instantly. If you are going to live in Reus, then, be quick do not postpone your deal on a next day. I think it happens because of small town. Concerning saving financials then you can share a flat or even a room to save the money. It works with couples. You also may gather with friends to rent a flat it would be more easier and cheaper. If you are going to look for a flat by yourself then you might get into difficulties.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Food is delicious as everywhere in Spain. And I noticed, that restaurants in Reus are even more cheaper than in Girona or Barcelona. I would recommend you to try Paella, but try it in restaurant because in hotels most of food are frozen.

What places would you recommend visiting in Reus?

Well, Gaudi Cente Reus is one of the greatest places of the town. Many tourists come over to see Gaudi's works. It is just fantastic to observe his masterpieces. Do not miss it when you will be strolling around Reus.

Is it good to eat out in Reus? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Pizza, for sure. I would up for Il Coure Pizzeria Restaurant there was the best pizza I ever tried in my entire life.

Is the nightlife good in Reus? Where is good to go?

Honestly, nightlife is not flourishing, there. There are restaurants and bars but they are not that popular or highly visited. During summer time the officials might figure something out due to some feast.

What advice would you give future students heading to Reus?

Reus is a historic town which devoted to Antoni Gaudi because he was born there. So, if you are into his works, then I recommend you to visit Reus. Moreover, old town and surroundings are beautiful there and surely worth to see. But, definitely not for party.
