Beaches in Croatia
Beaches in Croatia
Last year, I had a perfect summer holiday in Croatia, which was so green in nature and crystal clear blue colour in water. It was a road trip to Croatia for five days. While I was traveling in the coastal area I could enjoy sun, bath and sea bath while enjoying the beautiful views and landscapes.
Even though it is less crowded when it comes to middle part of the country, the coastal area is bit crowded during the summer. My advice is to go there during the period of June to September since the Adriatic beach is warm and refreshing during that period, but I went there in August and it was bit crowded specially during the weekends due to peak season.
You can find beaches to relax yourself but I must say that it is bit rare to find sand beaches since most of the time beach consist with small stones and rocks. So, get ready with your own mats, slippers for stones and umbrella. There are some well-organized beaches for tourist as well as for dogs with beach umbrellas, shower facilities etc. But you can find beautiful and peaceful places in other beach areas too.
People can enjoy swimming, diving, jet skis, boat ridding, etc., in the sea. In the evening, it is a perfect place to enjoy the views. If you look in to more details before you go to Croatia, you can find the events and festivals which are going to be hold in the beach during the summer season. Especially, beach parties and live musical concerts in small islands which belongs to Croatia.
You can find accommodations for reasonable price around the coastal area and enjoy your vacation. There are lot of restaurants, which offer variety of sea foods under a very cheap price. I could taste different types of fish dishes and lobsters during my stay.
