22 year old girl looking for an individual accomodation near UPAEP

No only a studio, but maybe also a tiny apartment. I am interested in being able to have a small space, bigger than just a room to sleep in. It doesn't have to be spacious, but at least being able to have a dining area, cooking area, a room and if posible a bathroom. I would rather have no roomates, but if the price is too high i am willing to find a girl with cleaning habits and not too loud.
