What is it like to live in Prague? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

City is full of students. Prague is expensive for Czech people but for tourists it is really cheap. We have the best beer and beautiful landscape. Prague is clean and people are polite.

What is the student lifestyle like in Prague?

I think it is perfect if you want and if you will find your group of friends. There are a lot of disco hall, bars, concerts. There is also the outside life, you can sit next to the river, listen good music and drink beer. Prague is awesome.

How much does it cost to live in Prague?

For tourists and students from foreign countries it is cheap I think. Everybody come to drink to Prague.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Prague? Is there any advice you can give?

I think it isn’t. A lot of people offer their flat to foreign people, and we have really cheap students residences. But you have to be very careful (mainly girls) with your first visit of the apartment. They are sometimes perverts so its better to go visit flat with some friend.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

I like food life here. You can have everything you want. I love fried cheese and chips. But there are a lot of vegetarian, vegan and raw restaurants which are absolutely perfect but expensive. And there are tearoom where you can get vegan food too.

What places would you recommend visiting in Prague?

Letná and Vítkov - the best views on Prague. Parks in Prague are beautiful too. Prague castle, Petrin and other places are perfect.

Is it good to eat out in Prague? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

I think it depends on personality.

Is the nightlife good in Prague? Where is good to go?

Yes its good. It depends what you like to do and what music you prefer. But Cross club, Chapeau rouge, Meet factory, Újezd, Shadow azyl are very special with its interior.

What advice would you give future students heading to Prague?

Be careful, there are a lot of junkies and stupid idiots - mainly in Cross club. But Prague is beautiful. You will love it! I promise.
