What is it like to live in Prague? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
I would recommend living in Prague. The city, in general, is different compared to what I'm used to backing in South Africa. I did have to get used to public transport but once you learn how to get around it is amazing. The city is always busy yet you can still find tranquil spots.
What is the student lifestyle like in Prague?
Pretty chilled. As a student, it is also very easy to travel.
How much does it cost to live in Prague?
Roughly about 16000 CZK a month. Excluding school fees.
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Prague? Is there any advice you can give?
Yes. It is difficult to find good and affordable accommodation. Go on Facebook and join groups, always make sure your contracts are renewed as it can affect your visa.
What is the food like? What are your favorite dishes?
I do enjoy eating Czech food once in a while. It's usually bland meat with steamed dumplings but it's satisfying. You can find all types of food in Prague
What places would you recommend visiting in Prague?
The whole of the old town. The castle as well as clubs such as The Fashion Club or Karlovy Lazne. Wenceslas square is also a must
