Why did you choose to go to Prague, Czech Republic?

I always wanted to be somewhere around Europe. Prague was one of my favourite places to go, because I was here before as a tourist and I really enjoyed my time in Prague. Therefore, my intention was to be a citizen here. Furthermore, it has good opportunities for the students and the most important thing is that the cost of living is affordable.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

It depends of my marks here in Prague. I am waiting and if my results are good enough, I will get a scholarship from my university.

What is the student lifestyle like in Prague?

It is very enjoyable. You can never be bored here, if you like partying you are in the right place. If you do not, still Prague will provide you with usefulness entertainment. Each student is friendly, they try to help and you will get a lot of benefits from them.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Prague to other students?

Yes, I would definitely reccommend it. It is very affordable, it has nice places to relax and have fun. A lot of places to see and enjoy, the architecture is breathtaking.

What is the food like?

It depends what you prefere to eat. You can find very expensive food, but at the same time cheap prices as well.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Prague?

Honestly, the accommodation part is exhausted. But you should brace yourself and do your best, just as I did.

How much does it cost to live in Prague?

It is a very affordable place. I came from a very tiny country, I can afford it. However, to be honest, a little bit of saving is necessary. It is not as cheap as it might looks like.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

If you have a high score on English test, everything will be easy.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Prague from your city?

I only tried with plane. However, I would still recommed the plane, is way faster than others.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Prague?

You just need to click on night out in Prague and you only need to choose the club that catches your eyes and have fun there.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Prague?

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Prague in the future?

Be friendly, enjoy the cheap beer and remember to have fun.
