Why did you choose to go to Prague, Czech Republic?

I choose to study for one semester in Prague because is a beautiful city, with greate museums and art galleries. It is also a city that I never visit before, I am here for the first time. And I was curious abouth the czech culture.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

My contract here is for 4 mounths (october-january). And I received 300 euro the scholarship for a mounth.

What is the student lifestyle like in Prague?

There are plenny of activities here for students (partys, excursions etc.)

Would you recommend the city and the University of Prague to other students?

Of course I will recomande this city and the univercity of Fine Arts to my friends.

What is the food like?

I didn't tryet yet the traditional food.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Prague?

It was complicated and expencive to find the accommodation.

How much does it cost to live in Prague?

Too much.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

The language is very different from my language so it is difficult to learn it. But there are clases for beginers for the student interest in learning czech language.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Prague from your city?

The most economical way to travel is with the bus, but is very unconfortable and it takes almost 24 hours.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Prague?

The restaurants in the old city.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Just google "erasmus in prague" or "turist in prague" and you will find.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Prague in the future?

My advice: come here, is wonderful, but be sure that you can afford to visit and to experiment the czech life.
