I did another Erasmus before and probably I would suggest a smaller city if one looks for a good Erasmus community.

What is the food like?

Sauce, dumplings, sauce, goulash. In town one can find of course a lot more...

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

There are courses before and during the semester.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Prague?

In the summer at the river, many bars are good, try to avoid the mainstream party places (tourists all year long). Chapeau Rouge can be nice though, Cross Club is alternative and not everyones taste...
