Why did you choose to go to Prague, Czech Republic?

It is close to my home country.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Prague to other students?

Yes.

What is the food like?

In shops - awful. In restaurants and cafes it is very good.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Prague?

Yes.

How much does it cost to live in Prague?

About 7'000CZK goes for apartment; 1600CZK for food. But approximately it could be 10'000 for everything.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Yes.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Prague?

Roxy.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Prague?

• Bakeshop - cakes, coffee.
• Romauno - pizzeria.
• Pasta Fresca - great view from inside.

In most cases - if it looks good from outside, it will be good inside. And avoid restaurants that have people who stand next to door and invite tourists.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

• Castle

• Torture museum
• Art museums are really good

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Prague in the future?

• Don't go to police without your buddies; nobody speaks English there.
• Watch where you go; city isn't very clean and everybody has a dog.
• "Albert" isn't very good, but it is the best market in Czech Republic.
