Second day sightseeing the Prague…

After the first day, our trip became the best trip ever. In the morning we went with the free tour guide. She was the best, joking and we walk with her 5 hours and we see almost everything that was important and free.

My favourite part was about Jan Hus (a great piece of history):

  • Basically he started a protestant movement in Czech, 100 year before Martin Luther in Germany. Well common people loved him, but do you think the Catholic Church liked him? Of course not. So in the year 1415 the catholic church said: "Ohm Jan Hus you have quite interesting ideas come to our counsel and tell us more about it and by the way here is the paper to guarantee you safety and freedom. " So Jan Hus went to the counsel and they said:

"What paper? What freedom? What safety?" They put him on stake and they burned him.

  • So in year 1419 they came up to the new town hall in the new town, they opened up the window and they threw catholic officials out of the window: "One catholic official out of the window, another one catholic officials out of the window, random person in the corner out of the window". And they all died.
  • So, the followers of Jan Hus, common people (children and women, farmers and workers), they started a cruciate, but they had such a good leader that they were able to defeat even the cruciate nights. For 15 years they ran in Europe so when that was over they became a protestant nation.

1. Another thing is to stop in the front of this clock when the bells ring, you will able to see some characters moving around for 3 minutes. But don’t expect too much.

2. Good and cheap restaurant close to the bridge for eating in Prague.

3. The law forbids to write on this wall is forbidden but because of this everybody does it. It is said that if you get caught by police you will have to pay.

4. Climb up through the castle and you will have chance to see this beautiful view of Prague.

5. You have to wait a lot to enter in this castle but inside you will find a lot of beautiful things to visit.

10. The Dancing House and, right next to it is the river, which has a very beautiful side walking. Be sure that you take a piece of bread for the swans and ducks.

So after all the problems that we had and all the money that we spent, we really had a great time and this trip became an unforgettable experience for us. We had all in one, fun, adventure and I spent my time along great people.

My advice in such trips is just have fun, help and take care of your friends and be a part of the city. Go explore, learn something about that country and live you dream. The adventure goes on.
