Apartment or house to rent for two girls, January to April '11!

Hey!

I'm Ciara, an Irish medical student. I'll be in Porto in January until April, looking to rent a house or apartment for two girls (me and a friend), two bedrooms, near Trindade? Rent...maybe 200 per month, per bedroom?
Can anyone tell me if there's any kick-boxing or TaeKwon Do clubs in Porto near Trindade?!

Any ideas?!
