What is it like to live in Podgorica? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

I'm from Podgorica and i love this city so much. It dosen't have many things to see like monuments and an old city, but there are many caffees and restaurants were you can taste the local food.

Podgorica is a small city and everything that you need is near.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

The montenegrinian dishes are so good. I like almost everything but one of may favourite local food is 'kačamak'

What places would you recommend visiting in Podgorica?

Podgorica dosen't have something special to visit, maybe the hill 'Gorica' that is the symbol of the capital.
You should go to the other citys in Montenegro like Kotor, Herceg Novi, Zabljak, Perast, Budva.

Is it good to eat out in Podgorica? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Yes, there are many good restoraunts and they aren't expensive.
One of my favourits are 'Garden', 'Čarolija', 'Good Fellas', 'Muštuluk'.

Is the nightlife good in Podgorica? Where is good to go?

The nightlife is very good, there are many locals with different music for everyones' taste.

What advice would you give future students heading to Podgorica?

Maybe Podgorica is a small city but you can do many things and have much fun, the people are friendy and kind.
From Podgorica evry other city in Montenegro is near and you can go in one hour to the sea or to the mountain
