20 year old male looks for accommodation in Plymouth in September 2022

Hello,

My name is Ben Gibson. I am a student currently at the University of Osnabrück, Germany. 
In September 2022 I will start a foreign exchange semester at the University of Plymouth, which will last five months up until the end of January 2023.

I was therefore looking or inquiring about properties and accomodations that are close to the aforementioned
University. I am currently looking for a property that isn't higher than 80 or 85£/pw. 
It should be comparitively close to campus and perhaps already have some student tenants in it, though that is not a 
necessary requirement. Basic furniture should be included, as I don't have the option of taking any with me on my flight.
Minimum occupancy time shouldn't be longer than the mentioned 5 months, as I will only stay there until the semester is finished.
