  •    In short: access to the castle show deplorable. After you pass the stalls full of souvenirs made in China, the road paved with cobblestone courtyard Royal residence looks like traditional Romanian, one that is full of potholes.  Cobblestone disappeared from many places, andthe road began to surpe. A few invited to a wedding, ' ' on the road with stray question, did backtrack to not break at their own feet.  Theflowers conquered what was supposed to be the Peles Castle and lawns visitor program ends at 17: 00, so I have never had access, along with a large group of Asians, not even in the castle's terraces.

I don't have to upload your head with historical data, nor with the years, no names. I will upload the soul with beauties that you've reviewed the Peles and Pelisor castles and, even if for many prices are kinda high, you will remember the Peles and Pelisor castles and to urge all those who have not crossed the threshold to do it. In connection with the temporary exhibition "dream Houses of Queen Maria-Balchik Castle" (see testimonials) I arrived again in Sinaia and I took to see these two great tourist attractions, perhaps the most important and valuable in Romania.  After I saw the little exhibition for which I came I started to visit Peles Castle.  Visitation schedule-summer: Monday closed, Tuesday-Sunday 9-17 (except Wed 11-17), winter months and Tuesday-closed, Wednesday 11-Thursday 17-Sunday 9-17.

I chose a full tour of the Peles Museum for which I paid $ 50. Currently, the tour includes the ground floor first floor second floor, century, open for a period, can no longer visit. I had the good fortune to benefit from a guide that was just our little group, whom he thanks for the Guide as we managed to introduce into the atmosphere after the first visitation rooms. Peles Castle manages to be kept in the best conditions, the organisation was perfect. I congratulate you for this Ministry under whose care is located. Besides that I must remember that (and Saturday) I've met dozens of Romanian and foreign groups that formed a tail of at least half an hour. And it just means that when it wants to.

Visit the ground floor was a bit more complicated because tourists don't really let us get closer to our rooms, being amazed by the beauty of the Castle, I tried to keep myself calm and I'm glad of their joy.  Despite this, the visit starts with the Hall of honor, an impressive reception hall which was built by the architect Karel Liman. Do you have enough time to cover with all the decorations and gaze with mind all the Info Guide. But you should not leave this room when it intristezi that, towards the end of the tour, you will have the opportunity to a view from above, from the balconies.

Following the impressive weapon in the Room [which are exposed arms of Charles I received or purchased. But all the tourists gaze is drawn to the impressive armor for horse and rider that I understood that is unique in Romania. In the showcases are also weapons including a knife with two slots, indian, used for killing common. After a ubiquitous photograph near the armor for horse and rider we have shifted in The Florentine, a reception hall that was decorated originally as The Italian. Here were 3 very large mirrors used to give the impression of (just) a very large halls. Don't pass over the decorative objects exposed on various policies. In all rooms you will find such articles that deserve all the attention.

The tour continued with the work of the Cabinet of King Charles I, a cabinet used for audiences. There's a special short audiences and one for those longer, in that the sides could sit down. Here we were told about the peculiar way of Charles to give helping hand with someone: when intindea two fingers or entire mine was a great honor. In general he intindea only one finger!.

The tour continued with the ground floor Library, and then [with Maura designed by French architect André Lecomte de Nouy has tried through the decoration brought to get closer to the Alhambra Castle. Then we entered the beautiful music hall, room in the middle of which is a harp. But in the Hall is much more tools that deserves all the attention musicale. In this room were given to various parties for a long time at the will of Queen Elizabeth.

Even if a regular tour would begin with a visit to the Salon of receipt and then the living room, because the living room inghesuielii was presented before the climb upstairs. The dining room is impressive, and the mass is thus decorated like that is going to get into any time King and Queen.

The room is dark. In fact in most of the rooms in the Castle (especially in the Royal apartments) curtains are drawn to protect the wood. And so I learned that the Sun is the most harmful of the wood.  We have been presented and theatre Hall, transformed into the cinema. This room can accommodate 60 persons and has a Royal Lodge.

When I went up on the first floor I was relief. There was just us and a few rooms away there is a group of strangers.  So I managed to listen to all the stories and look at leisurely tapestries, rugs, authentic or not, amazing hand-made doors in wood and decoration objects.  I started the tour with a concert hall, a functional room today, taking place in various music concerts, and participants may attend by invitation only.

He attended the Royal apartments, the apartment to visit rococo, an apartment rigged to host high-level guests of the Royal family but also the impressive Imperial Apartment that was designed specifically for the host's second Emperor Franz-Josef, in 1896.  Maybe not as impressive but equally beautifully decorated Apartment is Empire, the apartment has been decorated and arranged specifically for hosting Princess Josephina of Baden.  From the halls of the first floor I could see again the Hall of honor this time much better. I recommend you choose a full tour of the Peles Castle, the price difference between a tour for the ground floor and a ground floor floor tour was not very high (IE fix 5 EUR).

I left the Peles after a few minutes I walked the halls of the part. I managed to get off to go out only to the idea that was going to visit a very dear to me, much more intimate and more pleasurable-Pelisorul.
