It is very enriching and fun. It is a multicultural little city in Mexico where many foreigners have stablished, giving the city a multicultural atmosphere where you can learn from so different and interesting people. Where you can enjoy cultural adventures, like the Mayan culture but also varied sports like diving, cycling, etc.

Fun as you can find people from all the world learning spanish in this place.

How much does it cost to live in Playa Del Carmen?

Depends on how far you want to live from the beach. But you should consider something around 600 USD for having a nice time.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Playa Del Carmen? Is there any advice you can give?

It is not difficult, there are options for all the budgets.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

You can find delicious affordable tacos every corner as in any mexican city. There are also restaurants offering international cuisine all around the place, restaurants runned by foreigners offering the best from their cultures.

What places would you recommend visiting in Playa Del Carmen?

Tulum ruins, snorkeling at the beach and for sure going to a cavern for swimming!

Is it good to eat out in Playa Del Carmen? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

It is great! Fogon tacos are delicious, Fusion-Bar at the beach I recommend the nachos there, La Tarraya restaurant just at the beach

Is the nightlife good in Playa Del Carmen? Where is good to go?

Playa del Carmen offers a geat nightlife, there are nice bars at the beach which offer live music, Fusion, Zenzi, Wah-Wah, etc

What advice would you give future students heading to Playa Del Carmen?

Playa del Carmen is a beautiful place where you can find people interested in very different topics, from Meditation in nature to nightlife. If you enjoy a sunny and hot place, don't hesitate to discover it! :)
