Leaning tower of Pisa

The leaning tower of Pisa in Italy is a very popular tourist attraction as it can be regarded as the city landmark of Pisa. Even though, the tower is so popular and one has already seen it in TV or on pictures, it is not possible to imagine that this tower is still standing and remained over time. Moreover, a lot of little booths and restaurants are located nearby.

Pisa is a fun place to see because it has the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Pisa is a small city so there isn’t much to see. When we arrived we went straight to the leaning tower of Pisa. This was amazing because you can see how much it actually leans! I didn’t expect it to be so obvious. Apparently it leans a little bit more every year. The leaning tower is also located next to the Piazza dei Miracoli and Pisa Baptistry. They are all located very close to each other and hopefully one day the leaning tower doesn’t fall over and crush them! It may be scary but you can go inside the Leaning Tower and it is a lot of fun to walk up and the view is amazing! It may seem scary to walk up a building that is leaning but its safe and secure. You can also walk around the area and go into the other buildings. They are just beautifully made, the colors and architecture is amazing when you look at these buildings.

You can also sit around the grass area and hang out or eat lunch! It is a beautiful setting so would be nice to have a picnic or hang with friends and just talk. When I was there, there were street vendors along the street selling all types of goods. It was like a street fair with artisan products and many other Italian goods. A lot of souvenirs as well, it was very fun and I bought a lot of nice Italian things!

We ate at a very good restaurant when we were here and then got gelato after. Quarto D’ora Italiano - this place was AMAZING! Hands down best pizza I have ever had. The crust was insane, the crust/dough is their specialty and once you try it you will know why! The pizzas are also a very good price and they also have wifi, which is a plus!

Gelateria la Sirenetta - after we ate we wanted gelato so we came over to this place which was very good! All gelato in Italy is amazing. They had a lot of selection and it was a complete Italian place! Very good!
