Why did you choose to go to Pisa, Italy?
It was somewhere that I had always been attracted to.
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
10 months. I don't really remember how much money I got with the grant.
What is the student lifestyle like there?
It's 10/10 great.
Would you recommend the city and the University of Pisa to other students?
I would recommend it for Erasmus 100%.
What is the food like there?
It's so so good, if a little expensive in some places.
Was it difficult to find accommodation in Pisa?
Not at all.
How much does it cost to live in Pisa?
It's a bit expensive, but it's the same anywhere in Italy I suppose...
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the university?
Yes, I went on an Italian course, because I had to with the University of Murcia (my home university) and I'm happy I did now.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to from your city?
Flying from Valencia.
Where would you recommend for a night out in Pisa?
Cavalieri Square and Garibaldi Square. They both have a great atmosphere!
And to eat in Pisa? What are some of your favourite places to go?
La Trattoria and Le Scuderie.
What good cultural sites are there to visit?
Have a wander through the city, everything is stunning.
What advice would you give to future students in Pisa?
Have no doubt about it, my Erasmus is one of the best experience I've ever had.
