Why did you choose to go to Pisa, Italy?

For my PhD.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Pisa to other students?

If you choose to buy bike (you surely will as Pisa isn't too big to travel on Bus, everything is reachable by bike), don't refrain from spending on a good lock, bike thefts are very common here. My first bike was with me less than a week.

What is the food like?

Food is reasonable good.

How much do you pay for your accommodation in Pisa?

I pay EUR 350 (includes everything) per month

How much does it cost to live in Pisa?

I think up to 700 EUR per month is enough if you spend wisely.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Language is easy to learn.

There are language courses, you may have to pay for them. But it is not necessary for everyone.

Payment depends on what for you are in Pisa.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Pisa from your city?

I come from India.

Flied from India to Rome, then took a train.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Pisa?

Entire Pisa is nice place.

Just sit next to the river.

People here aren't too helping.
