What is it like to live in Phnom Penh? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

The city is modern. Sometimes crowded, it concurrently consists of more than 3 million people. It was full of services available for anything.
Transportation is everywhere.

What is the student lifestyle like in Phnom Penh?

I was from primary school, secondary school, high school, and finally university. The student lifestyle was busy I spent most of the time exploring new things in front of computer and inside the library.

How much does it cost to live in Phnom Penh?

At least 500 US dollar a month.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Phnom Penh? Is there any advice you can give?

No, the accommodation is abundant. There are many luxury apartment for rent with affordable price.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

There are many multi national foods and cultural centers.
You can find what was around the word here more or less.

What places would you recommend visiting in Phnom Penh?

Phnom Penh center, Toul Sleng genocide museum, Royal palace, River Bay in front of Royal Palace,..

Is it good to eat out in Phnom Penh? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

It's good to eat out in Phnom Penh. My favorite is BachChev.

Is the nightlife good in Phnom Penh? Where is good to go?

It's good but very expensive dedicated only to foreigners.

What advice would you give future students heading to Phnom Penh?

Everyone speaks English, some Chinese. You need to closely work with local collaborators especially Cambodian students. They are friendly and helpful to make life easier.
