Tambo of Privilege

A few kilometers from the city of Pereira, on the road that leads to the city of Manizales, passing the bridge known as El Helicoidal, is the Tambo del Privilegio, being a very popular viewpoint for tourists and premises, in which the city of Pereira is widely appreciated in the distance. With respect to the setting, the place plays with the natural, fresh and radiant aspects of nature, since the greatest attraction is the panoramic and quiet view that is achieved once there.

This great view that is obtained from this place is also accompanied by monumental and green mountains that show the strength and plant richness of the region, the colors that highlight the entire framework between flower and flower, the subtle song of the birds that perch and they walk on the viewpoint and the fresh and energizing air that fills and cleanses the lungs when consciously inhaling and exhaling. Easy access to the viewpoint

The best option to access the place is through a private transport. There is easy parking for both motorcycles and vehicles, in addition there is private security for visitors' peace of mind.

Access to the viewpoint can be done through stairs or a ramp, according to the taste of each person, however, the ramp is to facilitate access to people who have some type of disability. The main headquarters has the main coffee and the one with the greatest influx and outside, visitors can consume food at the tables and chairs that are available, while enjoying the beautiful panoramic view and share with family, friends, with a book, with your pet or your own company. Additionally, there is public restroom service for free.

The place also has two cafes, located at each corner, in which a wide range of products are offered to the public, based on coffee, since it is a typical aspect of the Coffee Axis region, in which coffee is breathed and lived in all fury. The menu offers coffee slush with the addition of condensed milk or milo, cappuccino, mocha coffee, coffee with milk, aromatics with dried fruit, cakes of various flavors, desserts, cookies, among other products.

The Tambo del Privilegio is open to the public until eight at night. The best hours to visit the place and live the experience oscillates between four and six in the afternoon, in order to take advantage of the wonderful sunset, as well as to photograph it, accompanied by a cup of coffee; only shows that nature offers. All this and much more is in the center of the heart of Colombia.
