Why did you choose to go to Pavia, Italy?
Because I love Italy, italian lifestyle, customs, coffee, pizza and pasta, landscape, history, people here are amazing... and I chose Pavia because I heard it has one of the best medical faculty in Italy and it is near to Milan. I wanted to be on the north of Italy. And here in Pavia I can study in english, not italian.
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
I am here for 15 weeks from the end of february until the end of June because I really love it here! I received 450€/month but they can support me only for 4 months.
What is the student lifestyle like in Pavia?
ESN Pavia made for us a lot of welcome events at the beggining of that term. Now we know each other and we usually go out together on mondays, wednesdays, fridays and saturdays. There is the Duomo with big stairs in Pavia where a lot of people meet, drink some beer or wine, play guitar, sing and simply enjoy life.
Would you recommend the city and the University of Pavia to other students?
Yes! There is everything what you need as student! A good university, a good location for travelling, great people and parties!
What is the food like?
Like italian food, right?
