Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

For a beginner its little tough but gradually one can improve. Yrs language courses are available in the University as well as in the churches etc.

Piazza dela Victoria (Main market)

Enjoy Pavia its beautiful. Initially you may feel bore but later you will fall in love. Go for night out on wednesday and friday night.
