Hi,
I've recieved emails from a load of people who are in no way legitimate. Here's a list of some of them so far.....
Steve April (or) Gabriel Marquez: Offers an apartment for good value (around €300 with a €600 deposit) at the address Boulevard Haussmann, Paris, 75009. Claims to be moving to Scotland for work purposes.
Oceane Ginette Maria Renouf: Claiming to be a '22 years old female Student' offering a room to rent for €500 a month with a €600 deposit.
Maxime Alauzy: Offers an aprtment at 10 Rue Marbeuf 75008 Paris, France. Pictures of apartment are really nice for the price but wants money put into account to 'reserve' the apartment. When I said I would only give money in person after seeing the aprtment there was no reply and have no doubt it's a scam.

Hi guys, anyone else going to Paris 7 Diderot next year? I'll be there for the whole year. I'm 18 and in my second year at Edinburgh Uni studying French & Linguistics at the moment. I'm just embarking on this great elusive accommodation search so if anyone is also looking near the 13eme arrondissement and wants to be my pal let me know!

Hey guys,
I'm spending the whole scholar year (sept to june) in Paris in the School of Architecture in Belleville. I would like to share a flat with 3, 4 or more rooms possibly in arrondisement 10, 11 or 19 (or center: 1, 2, 3, 4) or not very further, never outside Paris. I'd rather share it with mixed international people.
I'm outgoing and quite a happy person, my actual room is quite tidy and clean. I speak English, Spanish and I'm not bad at French.
I already found some flats, which are around 650€-750€/month/person, if someone found anything or is interested please contact me. I'd really like to come to an end ASAP with all the accomodation arrangements.

I'm looking to rent somewhere from September untill January whilst i am studying at Paris Diderot university for my first erasmus term! I speak french and italian and would really like to live with french students to improve my french but am open to meeting other international students!! Hey everyone,
I'm currently at Exeter University, England studying Geography, French and Spanish and will be working in Paris from October til July (happy to start a contract from September). I definitely want to live with some other international students, get to know some new people and explore Paris as much as possible.
I'd like to say I'm pretty easy going; I love going out but also love my cosy nights in. I love travelling, seeing new places and trying new things. Want to make the most of my time in Paris and hopefully get to know the city and make some really great friends while I'm there.
I'm working near Concorde so would be looking for somewhere in the centre of Paris. Lookinf for something on a student budget, probably no more than £700 a month if possible. Would like to get something sorted asap as I am travelling this summer and don't want to be homeless when I arrive in Paris!

Can anyone can help me a little with accomodation? We are going to study on University Paris XII (it's in Creteil) and we are looking for an appartment for 4 months.
I don't know if there is any possibility for Erasmus students to live in dormitory, do you know maybe some places like this near that University? Can you recommend me something?

Hi there!
Paris has one dorm in a classic sense in particular. This is called Cité Universitaire and welcomes students and researchers from all over the world. The whole place is like a village within Paris. U can apply directly at their website, or at the French Institute of your country, which usually also provides some places there.
I don't know details on the application process, but heres the link to it, and wish u good luck!
