Student, looking for accomodation in a flat with both single and double rooms

I am a student and I am looking for a place to stay in Padova for 2 months (from the 1st of August until the 30th of September 2015). My sister is staying with me for 1 month (August) so I need a double room for 1 month and after that I would like to move to a single room, preferably in the same flat.
If you have a double room in August and a single one in September available in the same flat/house, please contact me.
PS. I would like the flat/house to be near the city center!
